TK Nails – Cancellation & No-Show Policy At TK Nails, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we have the following policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice will be subject to a 15% service fee. 2. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service price. Multiple no-shows may result in the requirement of prepayment for future appointments. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying the next client. Services shortened due to late arrival will still be charged at full price. 4. Deposits & Prepayments Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to your final bill. If you cancel or reschedule without proper notice, the deposit will be forfeited. 5. Membership Clients Canceled or missed appointments under a membership plan will count as a redeemed service if not canceled within the 24-hour window.
